                                             STATEMENT ON PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA( Privacy Policy)

 

    This Statement refers to services provided by Crolux Rentals, a tourism business based in Poljica, Put Ukinskog  53, 21 222 Marina, Croatia, in further text  referred  as C.R. , and describes how and for what reasons it collects and uses the personal information of the Clients (Host and Guests)  in its business. The statement cites the rights that the Clients have regarding the manner and use of their personal data in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Personal data used on Crolux Rentals website :

     Crolux Rentals web site: https://croluxrentals.wixsite.com/croluxrentals does not use cookies that collect any information of the site's visitor or automatically store any visitor information. There is a contact form on the website where you need to enter the first and last name and sender's e-mail . The above personal information is sent to the Crolux Rentals e-mail:  croluxrentals@gmail.com  and serve to respond to the visitor's request. Personal contact information from the contact form is automatically stored in the Received message file on the specified e-mail and is used exclusively to respond to a particular visitor's request / question. Before you submit a contact form inquiry on the web site, make sure that the information given is correct. By submitting a query through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Statement and use of this Privacy Policy.

Collection, Use and Sharing of Personal Data , Hosts and Guests

Internal Purposes:

- Host Personal Information  used by C.R are: first and last name, VAT number , address, telephone number, e-mail, bank account details- all of the above data C.R.  uses solely for the purpose of cooperating with the Host in manner of  mediating their accommodation units, during booking process, issuing the account on behalf and for the account of the Host  and payment of the reservation. These data C.R.  stores in the internal Host base used and seen only by the staff of C.R. and permanently deletes them from the specified base when the cooperation is terminated. All  Host  are familiar with the way their personal information is used, and by signing the Contract  they agreed to the terms of use of the data. C.R. does not use personal information in public or give it to a third party, but in the process of booking the guest are given the name and surname and the address of the Host in order to make the reservation and stay in the renters' accommodation units.

- Guests Personal Data : upon reservation request and reservation process itself, C.R. uses the following personal details of the guests: name and surname, address, contact telephone, number and sometimes depending on the nature of the reservation name and surname of the reservation carrier copassagers depending on   preference or specific guests requirements ,  for the purpose of issuing travel documents - Vocher, Booking Confirmation , and Issuing Invoices or Booking offers . C.R. stores guest data in their internal database and uses them exclusively for these purposes.

 When  booking is confirmed ,  C.R. sends the Host of the selected accommodation unita voucher containing  the name and surname of the guest (the reservation holder ) and the country from which he/she comes along with the number of persons staying in the accommodation unit. C.R. does not come out publicly or uses in any  public way , personal data of the Guests or Hosts. Exceptionally, when it is legally required and necessary,  or in order  to protect our rights or the rights of our Clients, we may be obliged to disclose personal information to institutions for law enforcement and potential legal process participants, all in accordance with  the applicable laws and legal regulations.

     If the  Guests have a need for any of the additional services such as transportation, car rental, excursion , C.R. will provide Guests name and surname or contact phone if needed  to the partner-organizer of the above-mentioned additional services,  for the purpose of providing these services, if  the Guests agrees and wants to use these additional services. By submitting your personal information, Guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Terms of this Privacy Statement which is sent with every Booking Offer and a response to a query sent from through the contact form of the website.

- Guests are required to comply with the statutory regulations requiring the Hosts to check in all the guests staying in his / her accommodation unit in the central E-Visitor application. For this purpose the Guests are obliged to give the Host required data of all the group members staying in Hosts accommodation unit, in way  the Host to comply with this legal obligation.  The given  data will be used solely for this purpose and will be stored in the E-Visitor database under it's applicable legal regulations.

- Notifying  Clients via email about news in our business, special offers or request for  Clients to write a review of the satisfaction of the services they receive- will be done exclusively if Client accepted this Statement and give his written approval that C.R. uses his data in above mentioned reasons.

- If  the Guest or Host decline to provide necessary data during the booking confirmation process for the purpose of booking or cooperatation realization,   C.R.  will not be able to provide the service.

- All transactions are carried out exclusively by bank transfer regulated the rules and laws of financial institutions and bank secret policy. There is no online payment booking on the web site and the C:R. will never ask you your credit card information.

 

- The Host / Guest / Partner that  received the personal  information  during the service delivery process and after its completion are obliged to use them only in accordance with the applicable law, regulations, General Terms and Conditions, the Contract and this Statement.

 

- All parties in the process of realization of the service-Guest / Owner / Partner will indemnify Crolux Rentals in the case of any third party claims or penalties arising as a result of illegal or unauthorized use of data for their own purposes

 

- All participants will take the necessary steps to protect the personal data processed in the execution of the service, and after its execution, from loss, unauthorized access, use, deletion, disclosure and similar

 

- All participants acknowledge that they are responsible for the handling and security of personal data  of another individual and that they are processed in accordance with the general terms of business, contract, data protection regulation, applicable laws and this Statement.

Processing your data is necessary to perform services provided by Crolux Rentals and you agree that Crolux Rentals uses your  personal  data provided by you in  these purposes.

 

C.R. processes and uses personal information of the Client solely for the above listed purposes and in the manner described in this Statement. C.R. retains Client's personal data as long as it is necessary for the quality of service and business conduct, dispute resolution and other means specified in this Statement in accordance with applicable laws. Anyone wishing to permanently delete their data needs to send deletion request  by e-mail or post. All the information C.R. holds is subject to this Statement.
